Main Hall

The main entrance to Urrbrae House features the original ceiling papers designed by Aldam Heaton, and ornate woodwork in cedar and blackwood.

Musicians would and are still able to perform to guests from the Minstrels Gallery.

The symbol of Urrbrae House, a bird that recalls the grace of a heron, is taken from one of the fantasy creatures depicted in the original ceiling papers.
